Stacey Bentley will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to one year from the original date of purchase. Please retain your receipt as the original proof of purchase is your warranty.

The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items. Insurance cover is advisable on valuable jewellery.

General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty.

Stacey offers a repair service. If your jewellery is outside the warranty or does not fall under the terms of warranty, this service will be at a small cost plus the postage cost.
